Search simple products, update stock one by one, or download the CSV, edit it, and upload it back for bulk stock adjustment. Every CSV upload now stays pending until an administrator reviews it, can edit the final stock values, and approves the batch.

Bulk CSV Upload

Download the stock CSV, edit Current Stock or fill New Stock, then upload the CSV here. Every upload is saved for admin review first, and the administrator can edit the final stock values before approval.

Admin Review Workflow

Every uploaded CSV is saved as Pending Approval. The administrator reviews all uploaded rows from the WordPress dashboard before any bulk stock changes go live.

After upload, ask an administrator to open Dashboard → Stock Review to review, edit, and approve the batch.

Manual: use SET for exact stock, ADD to increase, and SUBTRACT to reduce.

Bulk upload: every upload records the staff name, logged-in user, uploaded file name, and each product changed.

Approval flow: every CSV upload now goes to Pending Approval automatically and does not change live stock until an administrator approves it.

Admin review: administrators can open a pending batch, adjust final stock values row by row, then approve or reject it after review.

Undo: administrators can still undo the latest approved batch if a correction is needed.
