- TAKING ORDERS & PURCHASING
Sylaron Imports combines all orders and only purchases at the end of that particular month regardless when you paid for your order
- SHIPPING PROCESSES
It takes approximately one(1) Week for Orders to be sent to our Warehouse in China by our suppliers after an order is placed at the end of the month
It takes approximately 1 week for our container to be full and loaded from our warehouse for shipment to Ghana
Shipping duration takes 45 working days after the container departs from china
- CLEARANCE PROCESS
After container arrives in Ghana, it takes approximately 5 working days for customs clearance and other processes
- PAYMENT OF SHIPPING FEES
Shipping Fees for your products are calculated based on the size of your package and are paid after the goods are cleared from the port or during the clearance process after the fees are communicated
Customers are required to pay shipping fees within 5 working days after shipping fees are communicated
- FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
Orders for the month are packed together after clients pays shipping fees and are called either for pick up or arrangement for doorstep delivery
Failure to pay your shipping fees will result in Sylaron Imports Auctioning your products to settle the shipping fees paid at the Ghana port with No refund issued
After Paying Shipping fees, failure to Pick up your pre orders or availing yourself for delivery one month after arrival will result in Sylaron Imports Selling Your Items and refund 60% of it and using 40% to settle warehousing fees and other related cost
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Pre Ordered Goods are Non Refundable
Pre Ordered Goods can be exchanged for an available item UPON ARRIVAL when you change your mind on the particular item you pre ordered
