Terms & Conditions – Sylaron Imports

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on sylaronimports.com.
By placing an order on this website, the customer automatically agrees to the applicable terms below.
No separate confirmation or checkbox is required.


READY STOCK TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definition of Ready Stock

Ready Stock items are products physically available in Ghana and ready for immediate pickup or delivery after order confirmation.

2. Order Confirmation

All Ready Stock orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.

3. Pickup & Delivery Timeline

Customers must receive or pick up Ready Stock items within seven (7) days of order confirmation.

4. Failed Delivery or Unreachable Customers

If a customer is unavailable, unreachable, or repeatedly fails to receive delivery:

  • The item may be held temporarily
  • Storage and handling charges may apply
  • Sylaron Imports reserves the right to cancel the order after 7 days

5. No Refunds After Dispatch Attempt

Once a Ready Stock item has been dispatched or delivery has been attempted, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, refusal to receive, or incorrect contact details.

6. Inspection & Reporting

Customers must inspect items immediately upon receipt.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
Claims reported after this period may not be honored.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • Approval is granted by Sylaron Imports

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive delivery.
Sylaron Imports is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability.


PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definition of Pre-Order

Pre-Order items are products not immediately available and ordered in advance pending arrival in Ghana.

2. Arrival Notification

Once a pre-ordered item arrives and is ready for pickup or delivery, Sylaron Imports will notify the customer via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

3. Mandatory Pickup Period (7 Days)

Customers must pick up or arrange delivery within seven (7) calendar days of arrival notification.
This applies whether shipping fees are paid or unpaid.

4. Automatic Order Nullification

Failure to pick up or receive the item within 7 days constitutes refusal to receive the item.
The order will be automatically nullified, ownership of the item reverts to Sylaron Imports,
and the customer forfeits all rights to the item. No refunds will be issued.

5. Recovery of Storage & Shipping Costs

Unclaimed Pre-Order items incur warehouse storage, handling, and logistics costs.
Sylaron Imports reserves the right to resell or dispose of the item to recover these costs without further notice.

6. No Refunds on Arrived Pre-Orders

Once a Pre-Order item has arrived in Ghana, refunds are strictly not permitted,
regardless of personal circumstances or failure to respond to notifications.

7. Automatic Acceptance of Pre-Order Terms

By placing a Pre-Order on sylaronimports.com, the customer automatically agrees to these terms.
No checkbox or additional confirmation is required.


GENERAL TERMS

Limitation of Liability

Sylaron Imports shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by third-party delivery services,
traffic, weather conditions, force majeure events, or customer unavailability.

Amendments

Sylaron Imports reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
