Terms & Conditions – Sylaron Imports

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on sylaronimports.com and through any official Sylaron Imports sales channel. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Unpaid, partially paid, suspicious, or unverifiable orders may be cancelled.

Sylaron Imports will process, pack, and dispatch confirmed orders based on stock availability, payment confirmation, customer details, and dispatch schedule.


Separate Dispatch Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched separately. No order will be kept, delayed, combined, grouped, or packed together with another order under any circumstance.

Customers who place multiple orders should expect each order to be handled as a separate transaction, including separate packing, dispatch, and delivery arrangements where applicable.


Customer Information & Availability

Customers must provide accurate names, phone numbers, delivery locations, pickup details, and any information needed to complete delivery.

Customers must also be reachable and available to receive their orders. Sylaron Imports shall not be responsible for problems caused by wrong contact details, incomplete address, unreachable phone number, delayed response, refusal to receive, or customer unavailability.


Delivery, Courier & Dispatch Responsibility

Sylaron Imports accepts responsibility for order processing and dispatch issues, including reasonable delays or delivery issues involving courier or delivery partners, except where the issue was caused by the customer.

If there is a genuine courier-related delay or delivery problem not caused by the customer, Sylaron Imports will make reasonable efforts to follow up, resolve the issue, arrange redelivery where applicable, or provide an appropriate solution based on the situation.


Failed Dispatch Due to Customer Unavailability

A dispatch is considered failed where the customer is unreachable, unavailable, refuses delivery, provides wrong delivery details, delays delivery unnecessarily, fails to answer calls or messages, or is unable to receive the order after a dispatch attempt has been made.

Where dispatch fails due to customer unavailability or any customer-related reason, Sylaron Imports reserves the right to apply the value of the order toward warehouse fees, storage fees, handling fees, processing fees, dispatch preparation costs, and other operational costs incurred.

In such cases, the order may be treated as forfeited, and the customer may lose the right to claim the product, request a refund, or demand replacement.


Pickup & Delivery Timeline

Customers are expected to receive, pick up, or make themselves available for delivery within the communicated delivery period. Where no special timeline is stated, customers must receive or pick up their order within seven (7) days of order confirmation.

Orders not received, picked up, or successfully delivered due to customer-related reasons within the required period may attract storage, warehouse, handling, and processing fees.


Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are separate from product prices unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery fees paid for dispatch, courier, bus station delivery, or other logistics services are non-refundable once delivery processing has started, except where Sylaron Imports confirms that a refund is appropriate.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not guaranteed after an order has been packed, dispatched, handed over for delivery, or delivery has been attempted.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only where the item supplied is defective, incorrect, unused, in its original packaging, and approved by Sylaron Imports.

Sylaron Imports does not guarantee refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection by customer, refusal to receive, delayed pickup, wrong delivery details, or customer unavailability.


Inspection After Delivery

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Complaints relating to wrong item, visible defect, damage, or missing component must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Complaints made after 24 hours may not be accepted, especially where the item has been used, installed, damaged, altered, repackaged, or handled in a way that prevents proper verification.


Product Availability, Images & Pricing

Product images are for illustration and listing purposes. Slight differences in colour, packaging, design, or appearance may occur due to supplier updates, lighting, photography, screen display, or batch differences.

Product availability, prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time. Promotions apply only within the stated period and while stock lasts.

Where an item becomes unavailable after payment, Sylaron Imports may offer a suitable replacement, alternative product, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


Communication

Sylaron Imports may contact customers through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any contact details provided during order placement. Customers are responsible for responding promptly to order and delivery communications.


Final Decision

Sylaron Imports reserves the right to make the final decision on order processing, dispatch, failed delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, warehouse charges, processing charges, and forfeited orders, subject to applicable laws.

Sylaron Imports may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of order processing shall apply.
